It's not about the calories!

This is going to shift the way you look at food forever! What if you knew that your mood affected the meals you cook and eat? Well, your Grandma knew it!! Didn’t she always cook with love? Damn, her cookies were always the best. Nearly impossible to duplicate... unless you pour in that secret ingredient: the love.

Seriously though, there is actually scientific evidence to support this old cultural "wive’s tale." Well-known scientist and author Dean Radin conducted a study in which he found significant evidence to support the link between mood and meals.

Rainbow Lentil Bowls

Yield: 2 servings

Ingredients:

  • 3 cups spinach
  • 1/2 cup pico de gallo
  • ½ cup feta cheese
  • 1 cups cooked lentils
  • 1/2 cup chopped baby carrots
  • 1/2 cup chopped onions
  • 1/2 cup halved cherry tomatoes
  • 1 1/2 cup sliced grilled chicken
  • Equal parts L O V E
