The power of words

Yes, conscious languaging is a thing! And it’s very powerful. The words we use affect every aspect of our lives from the foods we eat, the money we make, the relationships we keep, and the quality of our sleep.

Let’s get deep for a minute and see the possibility in radically shifting what shows up in your life just by choosing the words you use more consciously. "Someday when I get it… then I will be living the perfect life." Have you ever said something like this?

IN CONSCIOUS LANGUAGING - THIS IS ONE OF THE VERY REASONS THAT YOU CANNOT SEE YOURSELF EVER HAVING IT!!!

The statement powerfully declares it coming in the future only. It creates separation in the present moment to live in resistance that you can only have it "someday." So it will always remains in "someday."
You are not “BEING” at all. It’s stressful. You feel anxious. Always thinking about the future and yearning for something that you can’t seem to see yourself having now. Of course you can’t sleep! This little seemingly harmless set of words can totally jack up your cortisol and keep you restless as hell in the sheets!

You show up acting, pretending and wearing a mask, thinking about how it "should" be.

There is another word - SHOULD. It’s like “have to”. When you notice yourself using those words it’s also stress and resistance. Let’s face it... no one wants to feel like they “have to do” anything, right? Simple shift: "I get to," or, "I’m excited about." Check out this quick video about some of the words we commonly use about weight loss that could be completely sabotaging your efforts to achieve your fitness goals.

Einstein said, “No problem can ever be solved from the same state that it was created." Shift your words first and see your results shift too. Starting with better sleep. That’s for sure. Want more on this?? Check out this quick conscious language exercise…
