Let’s talk meditation. Is your meditation game on point? I want to break it down in a different context. There are a lot of weird rules that have been floating around out there about meditation and frankly...it’s gotten pretty stressful. LOL. Let’s be clear. Meditation only needs to do one thing... help you feel good. That's it.

Time for some Livekick action. Here is a 3-minute meditation to help you release from “trigger foods”. You know... the ones that call out to you from the fridge in the middle of the night. The love affair you have with pizza. The deep calling for anything chocolate that you can never shake. Here is where you can use meditation to specifically heal yourself. It’s pretty powerful.
