Today we wanted to share a little HIIT workout with you to add to your routine. Try and get it done at some point today if you can. HIIT Sizzle Workout

Complete 1-2 rounds:

  • Close-Stance Bodyweight Squat - 15 reps
  • High Knees - 30 seconds
  • Jumping Jacks - 20 reps
  • Chops - 20 reps
  • Inchworm - 6 reps
  • Lateral Shuffle - 20 seconds
  • Mountain Climber - 30 seconds
  • Total Body Extension - 20 reps
  • Vertical Jump - 10 reps
  • Reaching Lunge - 10 reps per side
  • Pushups - 15 reps
  • Run in Place - 30 seconds
